* Engineering, Electrical and Automotive
* Age max. 37 years
* Understand and master the Engine, Hydraulic, Power Train and Electrical
* Have working experience min. 3 years for the same position
* Mastering MS Office
* Willing to be placed around the work area of PT. Kobexindo Tractors
* Have the motivation to learn and work are high
* Proactive and have high initiative

Recruitment Section Head

Job Description :
Manage and plan recruitment advertisements, Handling matters relating to recruitment and selection, Arranging, screening and coordinating for interviews, Handling company”s office administration.

Qualifications :

* Psychology Master Profession
* Experience min. 3 years in similar position
* Have knowledge of Recruitment process and Psychological test
* Able to use Psychological tools
* SRIP preferred
* Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Publisher, etc)
* Professional and mature appearance
* Good analytical thinking, planning & organizing
* Hardworking, attention to details, well organized, good in communicating
* Willing to be placed in Cikarang
