Darmo Permai, Surabaya, August 1990, accepted SCTV broadcast limited to the Gate Kertosusila (Gresik, Bangkalan, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Sidoardjo and Lamongan) which refers to the permission of the Ministry of Information No. 1415/RTF/K/IX/1989 and Decree No. 150/SP/DIR/TV/1990.
SCTV has made the transition to digital production and broadcast platforms, which is part of a consistent policy to adopt technology to enhance performance and operational efsiensi. In the same spirit, that policy has laid a strong emphasis on building individual competence in all aspects to sharpen their knowledge base while fostering talent, creativity and initiative.

Production Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Arranging all administrative matters to helping directors during and after the production stage.
- Responsible for the preparation method and the concept of work from planning through to post production needed by employers in the creative creation program.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, with maximum age 25 years old.
- Bachelor degree S1 in Broadcast from reputable University.
- Minimum GPA that you must have is 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Any experience in production television or production house as a Production Assistant is preferable.
- Having good knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills.

Scriptwriter/Creative

- Producing creative ideas.
- Create a rundown, scripts, treatments and break down the script, cue cards in accordance with the needs of each design production program.
Requirements:

- S1 degree in Broadcast or equivalent from reputable university, with GPA min. 3.00

Training Officer

- Handling training & development project.
- Designing Training Programs (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
- Estimated the cost based on the results of training needs analysis.
- Manage training database.
Requirements:
- Female/ Male Age max. 28 years old.
- S1 degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
- Min. 3 year experience in handling training program.
- Familiar with Ms. Office programs and English literate it must.
- Handling training & development project.
- To ensure that the Training Program provides for the training needs identified at appraisals.
- Mastering identification of training needs, designing training programs and product knowledge of training module, training evaluation also delivering training itself.
- Creative, good interpersonal relationship, high degree of initiative, fast learner, persistence, hard worker and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization.
