Adaro Group with PT Adaro Energy, Tbk as its holding company is one of the biggest coal producer, operates the largest single coal mine in Indonesia, and is significant supplier to the global seaborne thermal coal market.  To support our team, we are currently looking for:

Finance & Accounting Staff (Code: FASK) 

Kalimantan Selatan – Tanjung

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting major with min GPA 3.00 from 4.00
  • Having minimum 1 year experience as an Auditor from Public Accountant Firm or Accounting Staff from company but fresh graduate applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Familiar with Microsoft programs
  • Detail oriented, proactive, communicative, and reliable
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Tanjung – Kalimantan Selatan
Supply Chain Engineer (Code: SCE) 


  • Analyze and develop a plan for barges / cargo and floating cranes allocation
  • Scheduling for barges loading and barges delivery
  • Develop 7 days forecast based on supply capability


  • Male
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably from Industrial Engineering) with minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
  • Fresh graduates or having 1 – 2 years experience in transhipment or logistic would be advantage
  • Computer’s skill, numerical skill, analytical skill, lateral thinking skill, communication skill
  • Willing to learn something new, carefully/accurately, hard worker
Legal Secretary (Code: LSEC) 


  • Arranging and organizing the meeting schedule of Department and making Minutes of Meeting
  • Document preparation
  • Making corrections all the legal documents
  • Correspondence
  • Travel arrangement


  • Female
  • Minimum Diploma 3 from Secretarial major
  • Minimum 1 year experience in secretary position but fresh graduate applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Familiar with Microsoft programs
  • Detail oriented, proactive, discipline, reliable and communicative
  • Good administration skill
  • Good interpersonal skill
Office Service Staff (Code: OFSS) 


  • Min. Diploma 3 from any major
  • Min. 2 years experience as Office Service Staff
  • Good command in English both written and oral
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good in computer skills
  • Having knowledge about how to build relation with office boy, building maintenance, and general affairs
  • Good administration skills
HR Manager (Code: HRMGR)


  • Male/ Female with maximum 40 years of age
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from all major (Psychology and Management are preferable)
  • Having experience 5 – 6 years experience in handling Human Resources field such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, Training, General Affair, Personnel and Compensation & Benefit with at least 3 years in managerial level (preferably from mining and energy company).
  • Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking
  • Willing to travel
