PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) is a State-owned enterprise established in 1973, with owned by the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Finance. Initial and primary mission BAHANA is to develop the real sector through financing to Micro, Small, Medium, and Cooperatives.

Now BAHANA Indonesia Business Development is the backbone of the Group and parent company BAHANA, which provides comprehensive financial services and innovative through its subsidiaries:

  • Bahana Securities (Investment Banking, Securities Trading and Brokerage)
  • Bahana Artha Ventura (Venture Capital)
  • Bahana TCW Investment Management (Asset Management)
  • Graha Niaga Tata Utama (Office Building Management)

Currently, PT Bahana Artha Ventura opened the bidding to fill the position of Accounting.

Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary (LOCS)
Closing Date: 16 July 2011
Requirements:

  • Female, Bachelor degree in law
  • Have Min. 1 year of working experience as Legal Officer / Corporate Secretary
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Good understanding of any aspect of Indonesia law.
  • Able to work as team.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Having good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and high initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office).

Internal Auditor (IA-QAIA)
Closing Date: 16 July 2011
Requirements:

  • Min. S1 Degree in Accounting / Management / System Information.
  • Min. 3 years working experience as an Internal Audit or public accountant office in financial institution
  • Have a Certified as Quality Internal Audit (QIA)
  • Deep understanding on forex and BAPEPAM Regulation highly preferred
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as team
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Accounting (ACC)
Closing Date: 16 July 2011
Requirements:

  • Female with bachelor in Accounting from a reputable university, min IPK 3.00
  • Have min. 3 years of working experience. Preferably have experience at public accountant office and financial institution.
  • Deep understanding on PSAK and have ability to develop projection.
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as team
  • Proactive and high initiative
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Adaptive and fast learner
  • Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
