Finance and Planning Analyst

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Accounting
  • Advance knowledge in Accounting
  • Hard worker and self motivated
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Good command of English (verbal & written)
Trainer

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree all major
  • Has experience in training modules, development, training delivery and training result evaluation
  • Knowledgeable in competency based human resources
  • Willing to travel
HR Supervisor

Job Description:

  • To provide support on HR Key Activities (employee lifecycle, policies & procedures, HR System), to enhance workplace relations and productivity in line with HR Strategy.
  • Manage employee lifecycle process, employee records, and information
  • Maintain organization structure, man power planning and its movement
  • Maintain Performance Management system, report, alignment and effectiveness
  • Provide assistanceship on Cost & Benefit analysis on every HR initiatives
  • Able to develop Compensation & Benefit policies, in depth understanding of external pay market and interpret trends



Requirment :

  • Graduate qualifications: HR Management/Industrial Psychology/Legal
  • Min. 3 year experience in Multi National company/HR Consultant
  • Understanding in HR policies & procedures, HR payroll, diversity of people & culture
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Law, HR tax regulation & its application
  • Experienced in HR services/administration role, HR system & procedures
  • High behavioral competency in result orientation, collaborating & influencing, developing self & others, customer relationship
Recruiter

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Psychology
  • Max. 25 years old
  • Has experience in Psychology Consultant
  • Understanding about psychological administration test
  • Understanding about Assessment, Job Profile, Succession Plan will be an advantage
  • Willing to travel
